Read the general conduct rule on the universe channel. Every time you open it, you have to validate it. You have to respect it like everyone on Atys. This channel is ONLY for helping newbies on the RoS. If you don't respect it, GM mute you on this channel.
If you want to check bug, you can use the forum, the Klient or the others chats.

And if you only connect to Ryzom to find what's bad and wrong with the game, don't be surprised to get some rude behaviour in return from the peoples who loves it.
My 2 dappers.

I would have to agree with everybody else that calling him a Nazi prolly isn't the best of plan however I can understand you getting agitated as the guy is an expert wind up merchant. I could say plenty more but its water under the bridge until then next time I guess.

I just hope you took some screenshots and if so send them in to Soulsnatcher or someone and hope they do something.

Support in this game is indeed tip-top mostly but sometimes the side gets let down.

I'm not trying to pick a fight and I do believe that using the term "nazi" is extremely bad form, but... how do you know that no one has ever been muted/slammed for anything less than a deserving reason? That's a pretty definitive statement and I don't see how you could know that.

Don't get me a wrong: It's probably a safe assumption that this poster was out of line because of the way he decided that "nazi" is an ok thing to say. But unless the OP posts some screen shots for us to see what he originally said in game or what Zerlin said about him after we don't *know* that for sure. He could just be angry about what happened and forgot to take a breath before posting. It happens.

*points at EULA* if you find bugs /exploits telling the whole of the server in a public way is breaking it. there are ways to report bugs. use the support tool.

and publicly announcing it here in such a deflamitory way isn't going to win you any favours

Terrible terrible choice of words when it comes to starting a debate, but I agree with you to some extent, and as usual with Jayce. I've had interesting encounters with zerlin also which I have considered to be extremely unprofessional, but like jayce said, water under the bridge. And as far as bugs go, you're right, there are hundreds.

OK I'm going to temporarily lock this so some people can take a real deep breath, which in some cases is a REALLY good idea. However, I will say this. Regardless of your issues with any individual, be it a CSR or a player, you will remain within the codes of conduct and refrain from using language that you should well know will offend some Europeans. These rules are for a reason, and I don't particularly care how upset you may feel when you write - but you WILL stay within them. Hence certain phrases will be removed from your post.

Strangely enough a rant on the forums is probably the least effective way possible of actually achieving anything in this case, as the response has shown (apart from a couple of people who should be wary of living in glass houses) - I'm guessing not the response you wanted. If you encounter any problem or issue with a Customer Support Representative (CSR), please email us all the details at sorcsr@nevrax.com. Although you will not receive any replies, all emails will be fully investigated at Nevrax by the internal CS team.
This is on the web site as well - but that would require looking.
I hope to see alot of posts and see this deviant GM brought down
Don't hold your breath, I'm sure that when chat logs are examined the version of events will change somewhat.

Firsty TY for whoever changed the thread name.

ok.

Im rather confused..

1 -
have over 100 bugs I found in the game called Ryzom
WTHell?!

2 -
check this game out to do a write up on it

I honestly hope that you dont write reviews for a major online publishing company why on earth would you go about such an unprofessional way to try and talk about the "bugs" - im sure Emailing Neverax and asking for sumthing "offical" would have definetly been a better way to go about it

3 -
I decided to see why it never got any publicity.

Now I know why.
Nope. The company behnd Ryzom is a very small (french based) comapny and reaching as far out into the states to publicise so ryzom is as commonly known as World of warcraft would cost far more than the budget of the company. I can tell you now, that it has NOTHING to do with one GM being "mean"

4 - Why, after being muted did you not try and contact this GM, explain you are trying to write a review (or whatever) and calm the situation down, I know from experience that GM's may "shoot first ask questions second" but they are more than willing to bite the bullet and sumbit when they are wrong.

5 -
I hope to see alot of posts and see this deviant GM brought down
wrong Game mate

6 -
the executives of Ryzom are lucky to have a job.

Very strong words from sum1 who has played the game a total of, how long?

That pretty much sums up my confusion, if you would care to explain?

Thanks

Tyilin
