Keep alerting others you know who are outpostless to the existence of this thread please, but already I think it fair to say that there remains a need within the community for there to be a community op.

I intend to keep just this thread running until into the weekend to give more adequate opportunity for persons who wish to have a stake in the op to express interest then commence a new thread for participants to thrash out the practicalities of how distribution will be managed. It is tacit in the loose proposals I put forward in an earlier thread that returning to my owning the op is not an option to be considered, but it is perhaps worth stating that expressly as well. It isn't.

It was the view of a participant in a previous thread that Eley owns the op given occupancy. I personally don't see this as being an issue at all. If one guild owns it is a private op. If it is a community op the community owns it. Eley has given no indication it wishes seeks to appropriate the op, they made a statement as to how they would manage it. I am here seeking to involve all stakeholders in the decision making process as to how best to achieve the following goals:

1. Ensure the status and continuity of this op as a community one into the future, and

2. Get to goodies to the stakeholders.

So while awaiting this process to advance, have a think about how to achieve these goals.

Maybe it would be a good decision for Eleytheria to make an alt guild with a name clearly stating the purpose like: Community shareholders or whatever.
So everyone will know it is a comunity op and not dare touch it.

As long as Eley lives up to their promises of course.

Proposal 2, ie to have all participants form a guild of alts, was made to me by a person who won't be a beneficiary so there is likely to be benefit in creating a new thread to generate ideas as to a how community outpost can best be set up and run. So I will start a new thread to this end: How best to set up and run a Community Op?

Duno where to ask this since Zysha doesnt recieve private messages here .
I have a couple of questions about the whole "sharing" of S.D.F. Does eleytheria Keep "ownership" and distributes the mats to the various other guilds? Or do we cycle ownership of the OP between the various Guilds?

Ive purposly held off Adding my guild to the roster since im unclear in that regard. Been kinda outa the loop lately because of RL stuff so if this question was awnsered already in a previous thread I appologize.
