Thanks for all the response but so far joining a well established guild seem to have countless advantages such as outposts, experienced crafters and more guildence on crafting and training as such.
however every option are still open for us.

and the negatives:
dragged around atys
powerleveled until you reach an 'acceptable' level
given mats/equipment without having to work for it
the whole early part of the game ruined becuase there is no need for you to do it
access to high level crafters, supreme armor and swords, etc, etc
i'd urge you not to underestimate just how great it is to team up and explore lv100 zones, afraid of death, not knowing where you are going, what mobs are going to kill you, organising a group of people to craft q50, then q100 stuff, gradually becoming more proficent with your skills rather than having them force fed to you.
my best times by a long, long, long way were the first 6 months of this game. we had to do everything for ourselves, and it was amazing.
the advantages are just an easy life, what you have the possibity to do is enjoy the game as we did at launch, discover how amazing things are by yourself..
*wipes away nostalgic tear and wanders off*

i was planning on sponsoring a new guild a bit, take the leadership in teh beginning, but le you young homins do it all yourself, i will only give assists where needed and help out if REALY needed since the beginning of the game is the best !! once youve been everywhere, have tps everywhere and know everything...the fun wears of in any game right?
But like i said im making plans that if i find the right homins to maybe start a little guild to guide you true the sometimes hard times on atys

Greetings! The Dragons of Shadow are based in Zora. We will be Semi RP. PvP is left up to the individual. I will be leaving it up to the First Recruits to decide if the "Guild" goes Kami/Kara/Neutral. I also encourage the use of all skills.(from an rp stand point, more info in my official recruitment thread once i get this mornings stuff done) If your intrested, ill be on Later, prolly Evening US time.
(a few RL things came up so i wont be on this morning, Also atm im the only one in the guild, as some of the same RL stuff kept me away and from recruiting)
