well it seems like i should be able to run it. i have DirectX 9.0c so what the hell is the problem! i really wanna play...

Your DirectX is fine, but your graphics chip is not. You can either ignore the error and see if the game runs (if it does, it'll most certainly have missing textures and such) or you can go and buy a new graphics card (if you're not trying to play on a laptop, that is...). If neither of these is an option for you, I'm afraid you're out of luck.

hyle, that's just the problem, im on a Hp Ipaq... That's a laptop, im also on wireless...

i tried ALL day today trying to get this to work. And i just couldn't, i tried everything... so about 10 mins ago i deleted it off my comp... =( i wish i could have played, i really do... there's just nothing i could have done that would have solved this problem... so i just decided to download DAoC and try that out... SRRY SOR! i tried, i really did

The Intel integrated graphics chips will not run Ryzom as Ryzom is a true 32 bit textures game engine.
Yes Intel works with other games that do not have true 32 bit texture engines like EQ, WoW, DAoC, Eve, CoH, etc.

Sorry but you will have to install a proper hardware graphics card in your system to be able to enjoy the beauty of Atys.
