I preorederd from amazon.com, via the link in the Ryzom newsletter the day I recieved it , and did not get a preorder code with my order confirmation, my shipping confirmation, nor in my box. I have sent 2 emails to Amazon about this problem and still have no reply 7 days later. I am sooooo pisssed! I will NEVER preorder from Amazon again!

Yesterday, I sent email to billing-na@ryzom.com trying to escalate this issue. Today, online support confirmed that I sent to the correct address.

I believe Nevrax is working on this and will come up with a solution. It may help if other folk with the same problem email as well. Include your Amazon order number so they have something to work with and you get a chance at some satisfaction.
