Newbie Crafting Question

And theres nothing odd about it. If I were always crafting at full quality, I'd ba making q160 armor all the time. For my Medium Armor that's no problem since my success rates are good at that level. But when crafting Light, that would mean overcrafting 50 levels, and i'm not really into that...

Secondly, what if a relatively new player, who can only wear q150 armor, asked a master armorer for a set? He'd get the response "Sorry, I'd love to help you but I'm forced to make q250 armor."

So yeah, having all the different qualities available is basically a must to do custom orders and the like, and to keep newer people from having to wait till level 250 to wear new gear...
