Maps and textures, I believe. The first 45Mb patch is for the client application only, the 300Mb that follows is the new data.

maybe its for poeople that dled ryzom and havent done any patched yet so put it all in one?

It´s easy...
The 300mb patch is the "normal" patch everyone does, who downloaded the normal Trial clients+the new data for the NPE. *sigh*
It´s realy quite simple, y´know.
