From what I gathered on the French shard there was an attempt to save Still Wyler but it failed (whole event in itself if my French didn' t fail me). The conclusion is though that he died on all three shards leading to elections.
These elections are in turn also different. Where we have a double-governership with Lady Ailan having a say on political and foreign relation matters, Rehn Kirran is in control of the military and defensive aspect of the Federal State. On the German server Lady Ailan got elected as sole Governer and on the French shard Schillen Toenen (euhm, or something like it) the interim Governor will stay Governor, holding a political view on matters much like Wyler' s.
