I am not 100% sure but i believe the riders of the storm(Rots) are a kami/zorai guild but i aint to sure about their Rp status.
Best u ask them ure self lol....send a tell to Xeraphim or Misatey

I take it you like to make a qualified decission, after investigating your possibilities
Thus, my advice to you will be to seek any opportunity you get to team up with different guilds. Get to know them a little, experience some of their style and flair. In the end it will tell you more about the different players, and whom you are most likely to feel at home with.
After all, it's a jungle out there lol
