seems strange, I can assure you thats not a normal speed.
I'd suggest downloading
Klients for tech support.

Also perhaps your d/l got corrupt?
Alot of people still have trouble with the .exe download, the torrent seems to work better.

Why do people insist on dragging out 4 or 5 month old threads and on the wrong forum to boot?
Start a new thread or at least go to the Tech Support forum.
BTW - your tracert shows a lot of dead ping returns. So lots of packet loss and longer patching. Obviously something is up with cogentco.com - unfortunately that is not something directly under Jolt or nevrax control and is just the way the Internet is.
