Yes NB we're only Semi/High because we aren't always IC all the time. We mix it up and let RL into our guild chat.

Well, it's possible to separate OOC with brackets or something so it's a) less obtrusive and b) easy to see right from the first letter of a message whether it's IC or OOC. For me, unbracketed OOCness kills RP immersion by bashing it on the head with a brick.
Because without some form of denotation, you have moments where you think someone is RPing right up until they start talking about RL and then you start to wonder just how much of what they said was OOC and what was actually IC...
