How are you going to do that exactly; last I checked I can travel pretty freely on Atys. Announcing it here means we all know about it.

Maybe you should hold your summit at a Kami temple so the guards will eject any Karavan supporters? But then, y'all did invite neutrals, so they might get ejected if you did that. Unless they have Kami "leanings"; then the Kami temple guards would accept them.

If you wanted a secret summit, maybe you shouldn't have announced it to the whole planet. Silly yubo.

Edit: The more I think about it, the more I think you should hold this at the Kami temple. If it's a Kami summit, then let the Kami's judge each attendees worthiness.

the original plan was to have the meeting at a temple site, after some discussions we thought the location in maiden grove was a really nice one. It is steeped in history, a fitting and beautiful place to gather. There is, as mentioned, an issue with some neutral homins not quite being trusted by Kamist temple guards, and as there are neutral players who have a vested interest in Fyros/Zorai affairs we are trying to accomodate them..

There were to be guards posted to ensure the meeting is limited to Kami and neutral homins only. Does this stop people creating an alt and turning up? not at all, but adds a little RP and interest to what amounts to a lot of talking and little else

In a perfect world i would hope that a) karavan factioned players/guilds turn up tagged to try and disrupt the kami's or (preferably) b) they dont turn up at all. If this seems unlikely to happen we will have move to the fyros temple which will be a shame.

and @ DT, my loyalties lie with Ma-Duk; there may be times we stand back to back fighting off the Kitin hoards, but this isn't one of them

pfft i give up, I'm away now until saturday afternoon. It's a meeting mostly concerned with the karavan threat to the kami homelands. It's not a nice afternoon tea party where we all sit down and swap funny stories
