PVP with neutrals, how?

The PvP challenge option has been disabled for ages.

The PvP flags can't be turned on for neutrals.

The only way for a neutral to pvp is to engage in a duel or to be in an open pvp area. (or an op battle)

2: PvP challenge option when you right click (will tp both teams to a temporary pvp area) - not done this for 6months tho

I had this function once... It was pretty cool. I didn't really understand when I clicked it and was being TP'd.

Any chance we could have this re-enabled? I thought the original PvP challenge function was to allow you to place stakes on the fight to, and the TL of the victor would get what the losing team had put on the line. I would be happy to have it even without that functionality. *heads to post in bug thread*
