hmm, ok, you cant re enter your cd key to make a new account? you have tried making a new account using the cd key? It says the key is invalid?

Have you recieved an email saying your account has been activated? If not, it is possible you dont have one. That whatever messed up in the process has reverted.

You obviously have some details of you account tho, so, possibly it is taking an extended period to validate your bank details? Sounds like its the latter and its that you entered everything right, and now you are just waiting for the process to complete and the email to be sent out stating your account has been created. unless theres a problem with the registration procedure, which certainly has been pointed to in many posts here, reply if you are still having problems. Keep us updated, you might at least help someone else think of something they missed. Which is a good thing.

By the way, if you need quick feedback then you should check the official Klients chat. It's listed in the Support section of the main Ryzom website... It's much easier and effective to ask for help there, people can answer you live and you don't have to wait as much as through e-mail or forums.
