Allow me to offer my services as accredited scribe of nuptial-agreements, anullment, life-insurance and last will and testaments. I'm sure this happy coupling will go without mishap for many an Atys year, but you never know when a horrible accident can befall a recently wed homin. It would be a shame not to leave your spouse financially secure. For maximum security it would make sense to invest the entire wedding dowry with a trusted guardian such as myself.

Rashan, you're a good friend of mine... you're not planning to make me a widow are you ?
If one of us die, as a good friend, you will be given the responsability for the kids... we'll ask you to train them, to feed them, in a word, to replace the missing parent.
But... kids are very expensive to breed you know! Always starving, always in need of new cloths...
Conclusion : you need to protect the whole family in order to save your dappers
