While I am in Atys, it will always be populated, but when I leave.....all that will be left are...well just about everybody else

Void as mentioned earlier, is of no interest to you at the moment, it is just a grind area for higher levels, there is nothing there but kinchers kipesta cratcha and yes they are as bad as they sound, imagine grinding your levels on the Russian Steppes and that is about it

Send a /tell to a guy called Ravenzholm (hope I spelt it correctly ), He is based in Fyros, but is heading in your direction, his guild specialises in helping new players get aquainted with Atys and in choosing the correct guild to join (yes, he doesn't want to keep your soul locked up in a safe), he just wants to help people like you.

You can tell him Valda sent you.....but I'm not quite sure how he'll react LOL .

I am most usually in Fyros (cos its nice and warm), but It seems quite as well populated as ever.

Good Luck and enjoy Atys in the company of others, its crap to solo in because of Sap/Stamina usage, so you will need a healer to reduce downtime, but you will find people very helpful here.

BTW, as Kos said earlier, be aware of timezone differences, I find this a handy tool :

In our guild there are people from all over the world, but the americans are on at strange times compared to us tea drinkers, but we do mesh at the extreme times of our playtimes. Arispotle was originally the UK server if memory serves me correctly

Void is my favourite place in atys!

It is the Zorai's highest level area and contains najabs, zerx, yetins and kitin.

If you want a tour just give me a shout

IC: the population is on the up and void is a busy place these days!

I might even go as far to say that the zorai is moving out of the least populated race position!

Ryzom isnt the most populated game around by a long way, but think about it this way if it was there would be even more competion digging supremes, hunting bosses and for outposts, ryzoms smallish population also allows people to know everyone, there are very few people who have played ryzom for a while i wont wave to as we pass.
i prefer this server size to something like WoW

I would definately say that the population is increasing. I was in Yrkanis recently and saw about 50 people there (and not during the outpost battle). You can sometimes find around 40 people hunting in the Void. But it fluctuates alot, at other moments either region can be almost empty. They might be off at an OP battle or racing to get supremes after a server reboot.

You can never tell what a "hot" region is going to be at any given moment. There could have been 30 people in Grove of Confusion in the forest.

In addition, You never know if something was going on elsewhere, as theserver had reset during the day, many folks were likely out Supreme mat and Supreme boss hunting as well.

And above all... he's american ! and who knows... maybe he's an avid PvPer and a Yubo Killer ! that explains a lot of things !!. I start to think he's to blame for those dig explosions I'm having lately !
