I am a true neutral. I have never, nor will I ever, participate in PvP.

In my book, it's ok to have zones which are CPK. If you know Trench of Trials is a CPK zone (adapted with GvG rules) and you do not wish to participate in the ruleset, don't visit it.

That said, not being able to heal a team member sounds more like a bug than an intention. But if it's intentional, and the zone is truly CPK (with a GVG ruleset), then so be it.

Again, I am a true neutral and will never intentionally attack another player.

i got that strange thing and ask gm as always.
They sais me that was a bug an a known issue and that they were working on it .
I hope its really a bug and not new rules

unfortunately, Trench of Trials (one zone in Lands of Umbra), is only direct* way to travel between Zorai and Tryker lands.

* i said direct , other path is thru fyros and matis (40 min with mount , few hours byfoot and with group ?)

Its not consensual PvP if it is blocking the route from one land to another.
And if you are already in a team with someone, you should be able to heal them, regardless of whos guild they are in. I am too tired to be eloquent, so I will just say the GvG regions impress me even less than the rest of Ryzoms PvP impositions.

Trips are severly hindered by this. I logged a ticket about this also (a while ago when traveling Nexus) and got a similiar answer that it is a known problem
and would be fixed.

Matis Arena has a similiar problem where no one can heal each other, regardless of guild. Again, when I logged a ticket about it I was told it was known and would be fixed.

So I'm guessing this stuff will be fixed.

Just makes treks near impossible tho we still made it. lucky i guess makes it hard to help noobs that are unsure about joining a guild aswell (treking used to help them to decide)i hope they fix this tho im moving soon and it wont matter will be gone for a few months thats y iv been playing again

This is annoying for treks.

I have recently done several treks passing through Tench of Trials and the guild only healing is an annoyance that doesn't seem to add anything to the game. Previously we could heal in-team and used to mix the teams to get through.

yeah but at least i had a healer keeping me allive as kindles axe kept missing the cutes and hitting me

i have nothing aggainst GvG zones. but not being able to heal ppl in my own team sux. i'm the only bunnie who regularly digs in PR and i have freinds in other guilds in the same possition. before we could team up and would be able to res each other when a varinx gets us. umbra has now become even harder to lvl pr digging. lets hope they bring back at least team healing.

true it is ok to to have cpk areas but i have 2 majour things wrong with this

1. the only practical route from trykker - zoari IS through ToT unles you have about 3+ hrs to spare to go all the way arround atys. you try being a small trykker/zoari guild who gets help from other guilds on treks.

2. i decided from very early on that i wanted ot dig pr. so i skipped getting to lvl 150 for the terrain specs and left the desert when i was about lvl 70-80. all my other skills were about lvl 100 so with a little care and a bit of help from the likes of cailin, zespiol and rashan i was able to survive my first month or so in GoO while my lvls grew and i was able to survive more attacks by cutes etc. these new rules pretty much rules this out since a PvE death means instant DP.

PvE is not PvP! so let me rez someone who has been mauled by a varinx

i say atleast put ToT back to normal if nothing else but i do think i should be able to heal a team mate.. and what about allied guilds if they dont change it back thats making it impossible to have allies outta guild its just plain stupid if ya ask me CKP rules or not (no offence) i help ppl trek all the time now this makes it kinda hard to well anyway im going back to playin for a bit. get some play time in cus the move date is only getting closer
