Yes Tryton is against both the Kami and the Karavan, and he said that allowing either of them to gain the upper hand would be dangerous. However statements such as:achaz wrote:Tryton is true neutral... as in a 'balancing' force. His actions fit perfectly. Anyway Just my 2 cents.

do not seem to me to fit the D&D concept of neutral. They certainly don't fit the standard definition of neutral in this context:
"neutral: impartial. belonging to an impartial state or group. unbiased."
I am not against Tryton, if anything I am very much pro, however I do think that a more realistic description of things would be four factions. Kami, Karavan, Tryton (or perhaps more accurately Guild of Elias), and neutral (as in unaligned).
