Is it the center of that arrow? or the front tip? or the back-end?..

not that it matters a whole lot, but i'm curious.
Basically dead center of the marker what i do is mark the location then click on it its normally within 3 metres, if not i just remove and remark.

Wow, I didn't think of using that as a way to figure it out. Great idea. I seldom actually target my map markers

As a side note, I really have a few thiings with the map that I would love! One would be another zoom in level or two. Wouldn't that be nice. (Think I will make a seperate post about map suggestions.

The trick that I use to find "me" in the arrow is just spinning around a lot to find the middle of the arrow. When fully zoomed, I can get around 5 m accuracy, which isn't bad, but passable.

Well i have a fresh bamboo tree that was given to me at the weekend but its to cute to eat just yet ;)

you poor poor ppl that have to feel the need for 3m acuracy

come dig pr where she sources are large enough that mast of my markers say: 'barksomewherenearhere'

great tip that i've been using a while now. also good if for some reason you want to mark spots close to each other
