ooc: it's a bit hard for some mercenaries to work on they fame. Unfortunately, the game does not allow enough freedom of choice. I wish we could heal and rez (and nuke, in some cases) any player, regardless of faction.
I would be happy to, just not to wreck my reputation with assorted tribes and my own people in order to expedite it.
I am happy to guard, prospect and careplan for the opposing 'side' for a price, provided the employer can keep the more fanatical and unthinking members of their own 'side' off me.
So far this has seemed to have been too much to ask for.

One can contract missions directly from the Karavan to change Karavan and Kami fame only, the tribal and racial fame ratings are unaffected by those.
I am happy to guard, prospect and careplan for the opposing 'side' for a price ...
To careplan effectively, one must be in team. Can one form a multi-faction team? I haven't seen any of those to date.

Out of FvF zone. Of course, you cannot heal an opposite team member once in.
If, out of FvF, we cannot team "opposite" players anymore, the game would take a biiiig blow.

Teams formed outside the zone, then moving into the zone, survive and don't get broken up. At least that was the case at the hominist dig.
