they can only do it through dig or craft, and even in those, they must commit significant amounts more time than a higher level person.

Again, no. The stele accouts for the number of mats, not the quality.

You can pull more with a higher level of digging, and prospect and dig more sources. Its not that huge an effect, but it is there.

Yeah, your dig action in the same amount of time digs 0.9 of a mat as the dig action of a Q50 digger that digs 0.3 of a mat per action. (All numbers quoted are not statistically accurate) Seems to be much faster for a high lvl digger.

And how does a low level fighter compensate?

My point is that, in average, considering a long time scale, these 'significant' differences are not that significant. Yes, I may be able to fill a bag faster than a low level, if you only consider the fact of digging. But:

* Time to port, time to move to the spawn, time to leave camp, time to ddge kinchers and foes, (even with q100 mats, I am not getting 30 mats per pull), time to get back, to give the mats to the harvester and assuming full dedication.

* Impact of the time zone you are play in the specific context. If you hapen to play at a time when your faction wins, it's way easier, and way easier to get more honor points.

I still think in a long time scale, both are equally comparablen and that by counting the number of mats, Nevrax has done pretty well to provide a fairly equal chance.

I mentioned harvest. For a fight, I don't know. Maybe you can be cheap and try to hit almost dead characters. It is also said that melees have no cha,ce, but I see scorp.

um, thats why in some cultures the women do the cooking :-o
Low level people can dig some and craft some, it doesnt take more than a day to get to level 50 dig where you can start helping the construction.

But honestly people that have been here for a year should be stronger, low levels shoudl be helpeless against them. low level fighters can kill other low level fighters if they want. Or they could be exposed to teh same content that we have been exposed to and thereby level themselves up to where we are. Silly!

What I am saying is that a lvl 50-100 person should have some way of being recognized also. For them to do so with the current system, they can only do it through dig or craft, and even in those, they must commit significant amounts more time than a higher level person.

Don't alienate the Refugees.
if everything was easy for low levels, then there would be no point in grinding up, end of story.

If grinding up lead to everything being easy, then there would be no point in staying.

You forgot to tag on "end of story" to dramatize your point. :)
