omg the new content requires you are about lv40. thats awful, how could the dev's be so crazy. Maybe all future content and invasions should be in the starter zones with special lv5 kincher. and teams of CSR making sure no one gets hurt.

I dont think that the faction conflict has damaged the comminity, it's just shown how some people can make utterly ridiculous comments.

I think the basic point is valid: That levels cause unbalanced game play and if you are at the lower end of the balance then things are a lot more difficult. Stands to reason.

Perhaps combat would be more fun if we were all at the same level. But then likely we would all look like clones too, with all the same resists etc. And that would be dull.

Hmm, a loose loose situation IMO. I hate levels and instant-spawning pops as it happens. Just some pet hates of mine. Looking fwd to certain new games where these problems are more or less fixed.

I mean come on, two hundred and fifty levels of difference between players! Thats a lot of inbalance! Its gotta throw up some problems in a PvP environment.

I would have liked to seen well defined zones for different levels of players, say a level 1-100 zone, a 100-200 zone and a 200-250 zone with mats and mobs appropriate for the level of the zone. Then you would just have to structure the honor system so that if a high level player went into lower level zone, they would lose honor points for killing another player. This would have given lower level players an opportunity to partake in pvp and know that they were similarly matched in skills with their opponent and they could dig and still have a chance at survival with the mobs.

Since that is not the case, what I have recommended lower level players to do is team up with some high level players and either careplan for the diggers or heal. Going into the Dunes solo is a tough proposition no matter what level you are.

To add my bit without reading the thread, I am disappointed at how focused the PvP has ended up being on Nukers and healers. That appears to be the only thing going on. AoD's standing up front and being healed by as many as 4-5 healers. As demonstrated by Fasinus right in front of the Karavan Camps gates.

I think there should definitely be negative honour points for killing a preson of the opposite faith whose fight skills are much lower than yours. As a Level 151 healer, 145 def. aff, and 149 Nuker, The only thing valuable for me to contribute to a fight is healing.
