you do realise that you'll still be attackable for 120 seconds AFTER leaving the area?

I'll be boycotting this too. Looks like more frustration than fun to me, so I'll go back to all the regular stuff I've been doing this past year until R2 comes out.

Funnily enough, I still find the PvE, duelling, trade skills and socialising as enjoyable now as I ever did. I don't need this.

*thanks Delphi for the world and the cookies*

It's people like you that drew me to this game after meeting many unpleasant individuals in AO and L2 OB and it's people like you that kept me playing for this long...

But what I've seen tonight in THE FIRST NEW ZONE to be added since release over one year ago, well lets just say that that's not the kind of animal I'd like to have around and I'm not talking about the Kinchers...

Invul worked for me!
I managed to run right through the building site using it :)

I think it just takes a turn to become functional.

oh yes, there will of course be hordes of kami waiting just on the border of the fvf zone until you leave the range of the guards

If that is true, the Zorais are getting shafted big time.

As for the non kami/karavan followers, the start doesn't look too good. Tryton (sp?) might appear, but to be blunt I fear it will just be a very minor part, if it happens at all.

On a more positive note, Nevrax have learned when it comes to the missions givers, although the crafter one is annoying when there are no mats to craft with (repeat from scratch).

Heh heh, yeah I remember all the gankers especially the agents with their long range aimed shots.

Seems that Nevrax started following exactly in the footsteps of AO after they hired Themis. Complete with losing most of their playerbase at launch and then trying to force PvP onto people and killing the RP community.

I hope Nevrax ditches the Themis vision of how PvP will save every MMO and return more to their own vision of Dynamic content and progressing storyline.

Anyways, I also left AO to come to Ryzom like a number of others. I sincerely hope that Nevrax will learn from the mistakes made over there and not follow in their footsteps.

Harvesting and Crafting did any of you try it. I did and had fun. :)

Can't harvest without getting killed by kitin/'honour' seekers.
Can't craft because there's no materials.
