Hand to hand and Daggers might be soloable too, but only against plants and would take aaaaages
I really really really have my doubts here

or when you mean "aaaaaages" you mean "when Ryzom Saga 8" hits the shelves....
to 100 is easy...
till 150 is relatively easy, salad time...
till 200 I agree it can be done... with time... and slefs, and doooowntimes, and deaths and ....
till 220 well if it was a pain before, get ready for more
from 220-250... yes, you can level getting 50 xp a kill, that's true

Will take your word for it, didn't bother much about Daggers, so I'm just widly guessing

Tho the "when Ryzom Saga 8 hits" might be more accurate then "aaaaages"
Well, that or I need to put more 'a' infront of 'ges'
With all that said, although one might be able to attain high levels solo in something else then 2h melee and elemental, those two would be the most useful if you wanna stay alive (and speed 6 and invul 6, go-go Kitin Patrol!

)

I found it at our local Gamestop. I actually saw it there shortly after it released for about $30 or so if memory serves. It later dropped to $20, and when I finally picked it up the other day, I got it for $10

How do you do this? Just by requesting a player do something? Or is the part of the new Ryzom Ring being implemented?

Basically yes.
For instance;
*if new guild members want a new shiny item we make up an errand or a task;
*if a crafter needs particular mob mats for his items we go out to hunt;
*if I need a new item the crafter might not have all materials in stock so I' ll have to search for some if I want to get my item
All very basic, but surely no less of a 'quest' or 'task'. The power of imagination helps ofcourse.
