Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done from this end. If you are encountering this problem you need to patch you copy of Ryzom via an internet service provider that does not use the services of Road Runner, Cogent or Level3.

I'm not going to change my service provider just for a game, I have an all inclusive package, cable, phone and RR, that would be ridiculous. Is Nevrax going to fix this problem at all? Because I'm jut going to cancel my account if there is no other option. ;/

sry but NOT a Nevrax problem. RR is denying your access to patch server, not nevrax. i would be very suprised if ryzom's patch server is the only ip you dont have access to.

sry, there is nothing you or nevrax can do (other than moving patch server to new ip[not as easy as it sounds], but that would be stupid imho)

I will agree this is not a Nevrax issue... but if they had downloadable patches as requested in the past this could be an easy fix.
