I personally love every change made during this patch. And directly related to animations since that's what most people have commented about here, i like the zorai run ;P They gave the zorais the goofiest type of run ever. It's the type of run a big kinda clumsy guy would have, I love it ;P

animations are *NOT* part of the patch. Therefore i voted No 2. You understand that i dont like them at all

and i hope so much the checkmark to enable/disable those "movements" will stay there forever. There is *NO* problem to implement it as choice. My god this are just some more variables and some more if conditions. Maybe 3 hours work. Although Nevrax possesses everything ingame i payed a lot money for this toon. And i dont want those animations on my toon cause i subscribed on the old animations. Why not bring in the train animation from WoW ? It couldnt get worser
Jewels are interessting. Didnt had time/possibility to check melee deeper.
Some rail against heal, but its more about getting used to new stats in critical situations. I am still not used to it how much it takes to ress someone. But in a week i will. However, didnt use invul and speedup as often as in the last two days

Oh, btw: I can not run fast enough when i am hopping around like Bugs Bunny
Forced animations ? *just*say*no* !!

Haven't had a chance to check out the tryker run (been trying to get that matis food rite done), but the jewelry looks cool. Means that I'll actualy have to work a bit to get a decent set of jewelry made, but that is just a challenge. Like wise, haven't checked into the differences with the 2-handed, just satisfied that my pike still kills those annoying gingo and ragu and javings.

Has anyone actually managed to get this to work??

OK I tried really hard not to bite (really I did). Tried hard not to respond to this because I have only negative things to say, but in the end just felt I had to.
I really do think Jessica that this post will come back to haunt you. They do say, after all, that pride comes before a fall.
So here goes with what I've found so far. Don't know if anyone else has experienced similar.
1.
. In the shard selection window, the first server on your list is automatically selected. Hitting 'ENTER' will make you connect to the highlighted server in your list.
This didn't work for me. I get to the shard selection screen, hit enter, nothing happens. Does this work?? The reason I raise this is because I know that people had the same problem on the ATS. So if it still doesn't work it says to me that the test team aren't as great as you claim. If this was found and reported on the ATS, how did it make it in game (or not in fact)?!
2. When I logged in after patching, I went to my missions window and some had vanished. I can't say exactly how many because I hadn't looked since the weekend before. I know I DEFINITELY had the mission from the Frahar Hunters Kami Ambassador to go on reconnaissance - the one where you have to go to 3 places including Hightowers. I'd only completed one step of that mission but it had vanished!
That's just 2 bugs I found, but I know other people have experienced bugs as well. So I'm sorry Jessica but you're premature in crowing about the greatness of your test team. I don't call being made aware of something not working and allowing that to make it to release good testing.

uncompleted missions vanished from my journal on the previous patch also (and this one). I didnt think it was a big deal, but perhaps something could be done about it, either preserve the mission status - like all the rest of character information, or tell people to finish their missions before a patch. Might have been a different story if it was a ritual mission that was lost... but most missions are easy-come, easy-go.
I am pretty happy with the patch, gameplay wise, even as a Healer on boss hunts....
However..
am experiencing instability and graphic glitches now, one time crashed to desktop with the debug window up, lightmaps? on buildings going funny.
before the patch some buildings in Zora werent appearing - just holes in the terrain.

LMAO, if this is your worsts, then I'd said the patch was a major success!
