you are kidding, right Oberon?
Why do I have to be kidding about this? Logged at 8:30am EST(GMT -5, btw I though Paris time was GMT +1 not +2), which was at least 2.5 hours before the server restart announcment time, and the patch was done and server restarted. Supernode was empty by then.
Not everyone playing this game(people from all different time zones) can get to some resources, because of the times that resets happen, would be nice to be available to plan for such events, and I am sure a lot of people did hope to be there at 11am EST (or 12am based on GMT +2 Paris time).
This game does not offer planned server resets often, and the server crashes are very rare latelly, and times like that are fun for a lot of peeps.
I did suggest in the past that they should offer announced server resets for just that purpose. Would be always a lot of fun for diggers everywhere
So...no, I am not kidding. All I said that would be nice if they announced real times in the future, and if their a little late, so be it. If you trying to make it to the train that leaves at announced time, and when you get there and find out it left 15 minutes earlier, do you get pissed, or you have fun with it

Errr...the whole server reset/supreme sources thing is more of an unfortunate side effect than a happy occurance.
Idealy, the source state should be stored, and a server reset should have no effect on whether they show up or not. Atys can not be rebooted once in a while to spawn new sources. Most of us grok this, hence the incredulity at your dissapointment.
If you trying to make it to the train that leaves at announced time, and when you get there and find out it left 15 minutes later, do you get pissed, or you have fun with it ?
If you are on a plane, and it lands an hour early, do you get pissed, or do you spend an extra hour at the bar?
