Some great ideas so far. There have probably been a thread or two along these lines before, but here are a few of my 'small' interface wishes :)

I'd like to add the option of having an even bigger hands bar, with an extra row. Maybe something like alt-num changing the bar (instead of ctrl) and then crtl-num, shift-num and num to select actions.

Perhaps the extra row could be turned off by default so as not to confuse new players.

Some way to copy and paste actions would be nice, on the same bar and between bars.

I'd like more shortcut keys to open things like the Mailbox and MP3 Player.

Graphical effects for Invulnerability, Berserk, Shielding would be useful (for the person using them as well as the person attacking them) as well as some way of knowing your aura was about to run out.

Would be nice with a visable timer, or timer in a tool tip, for recasting time on auras, self heals etc.

I guess most of us have "a thing or two" that, if changed or implemented, would make our lives on Atys somewhat easier. These are some small thing I would like to see (some inspired by other mmorpgs I've played). Most have, however, probably been suggested before:

* Separate tab for tp-tickets in the inventory, e.g. bag, tp-tickets, equipment, packers etc. Able to sort tickets both alphabetically and by color (i.e. matis, tryker, fyros and zorai).

* See which guild mates are online in the guild info window (and, perhaps, when they last were as a tool-tip).

* Create your own chat-channels (would be nice for factions, alliances etc.)

* Will we ever be able to jump; or gravity is just too strong? (Not a major since I've got the bomb-stanza and simply blow up the yubos surrounding me.)

* Form raid-groups, i.e. combining several groups with a common chat-channel and a raid-group window.

* A nice overview window for all the stanzas I currently have; nothing fancy, just be able to see them all in one place (the action window, with all its branches, tend to get complicated for overview purpose)

I'm sure there is more, much more, but these are the things I've thought of lately

Yup all things id like to see too n ive never played WoW
* Be able to resize the mini-map (the dots are VERY small on 250m range in 1600*1200 res)

I take it thats the Radar/Compass display and yes I agree though I think the problem is the step sizes (particularly 50 to 125) id like to see 25/50/75/100/150/200/250 used
* Further zoom-out distance from the character

Yes it does feel very clostrafobic (sp?) compared to other games , Id also like to be able to adjust the field of view (widen it out) to get rid of the tunnel vision feel

Yup agreed n why didnt they do those graphical effects instead of the unneeded "Racial Differances" animes ? , I find it hard to see their prioritys :/

Edit Ooops forgot to add some of my own lol

The map , have the season/weather info displayed so it is all visable with the map minimised ie just show "Season blahblah , Weather Blahblah" and switch to the verbose form only when the map is increased enough in size to show it all

Also on the map have the "Center Map" button return you to your current Land/Region (Centered on your location) if you are viewing a Land/Region other than that which you are on instead of doing nothing as it does atm

A tell blocker with options for Disabled/Guild only/Friends only/Guild and Friends/All (except individualy blocked/Ignored) , the Ignore list for Tells should be seperate to the normal Ignore ie you can still see chats from ppl blocked from tells unless they are also blocked there

More info in System info on the type of damage you are taking -id like to be able to see which spell it was that just hit so i could alter my resists to combat it in future

Going to go with the ones I'd like to see.

*Hats. LA and MA head-gear.

*Matching the "Slow" melee weapon stanza in usefulness to "Bleed" at least, if not as good as "Ignore Armor".

*Lower the range on spells and ranged weapons used by NPCs and mobs to match those of players.
* Some way to copy and paste actions would be nice, on the same bar and between bars.

These are great ideas.

I'd also like to see:

* The GUI spiced up a bit with more than just plain boxes in most cases.

* Forage stanzas cleaned up with redundant or useless stanzas removed. Hopefully some new stanzas added in to give something to work towards.

* Lands with their spawns and forage nodes cleaned up and polished. Why do Matis lands seem so much easier than all the rest?

* Some way of getting 3k exp in forage like all the other skills. Allowing us to forage max quality in secondary forage areas? Perhaps a care plan that can increase the quality for team foraging? Some way of speeding up the grind.

* Rites fixed and new ones added. Particularly for the tribes so we know more about them.

What useless stanza's do you mean?
Would new, usefull stanza's make the old ones that were allowed to stay obsolete?
Isn't less stanza's the same as less choice? Less options?

Sorry, but isnt this like saying: I would like the game to be less confusing. All stanza's have a reason why they are there, their use sometimes is merely *just to be there*.

But now we are talking about harvesting...

- I would like a way to heal my focus other then the hugecooldown selfheal focus. Thinking of a "Brew of the fox" after which my focus goes up with some amount of point...
- In fact, when looking at the possibilities the wondermats have (the ones you get at the starterisle) I see the option "campfire". I would like to make a campfire.
- Some way to use missionmats. A few new skilltrees, while we are at it. Alchemy would make most sense for now, but how about some sort of Engineer? Was talk about beastmaster ages ago...

what u want is a way to create alliances properly ingame. So that maybe u hav to get the leader and a HO of each guild to agree and it is done so that when u press shift+j it brings up the alliance list aswell. and an alliance chat to be made avaible. And bring the univeres chat back to keep lonely homins on the starter islands company.

This can be done within the same hands bar. I think if you drag and hold down the Ctrl key in the process you get the classic Windows plus(+) sign and get a copy function.

Here is some very old hands bar stuff.

Noin.

Yes don't get me started on the animations - totally pointless change.

I'd definitely like to see better animations on the auras. Take for the example the electric barrier aura you get for the Bawaab rite. Why doesn't my char spark when surrounded by this barrier?

You want to keep the animators busy? Get them sorting that lot out! :)
