*The ever infamous uber amp recipe of DOOM

*the equivalent of that, but for anything else that you can craft

*There is some lady in Pegasus Foundation that likes to play around with the colors of the mats she uses to make stuff, in order to make the ultimate outfit, or something like that.

*There is always the undiscovered prospecting spots, or trying to get to the mats under a favorite patrol crossroads or massive aggro spawn point.

*There was a guy around here somewhere that actualy calculated how much exp you need per lvl, how much exp you got for various factors in foraging, and last I herd, he was trying to document the 'unlisted stats' of various mats, these being stuff like for some odd reason, the grip and the shaft mats affect the magic percentages, even though these stats are only listed on the magic focuses.

*My roommate, Niphlim, was trying to finish a rite that required him to track down a specific lvl Gibbai in Matis lands, and he combed the entire zone with a full team, and despite the GMs saying that it is there, they could not find it.

So, as you can see, there is sooo many goals that you can try to reach, that have nothing to do with the war effort.

..woooow, now that's what I'm talking about! I appreciate this inspiration a whole lot! Are some of these mysteries (like the crashed ship) actually announced, or do you have to just keep playing and playing to find it?

Exciting, either way. I'm just curious. ;8^)

What I'm hunting for in The Saga of Ryzom is the element that goes beyond the battle factor.
Like the old cajun dude says in barely inteligible cajun in the move The Waterboy "Life is what you make it...".

I feel I have been there, done that... hell I documented much of it before the game was even released. There is so much to do and so many things you can bring to the table. Above and beyond all, this game allows you to be what/who you want to be...

Be that ! Whether it is a warrior, caster, crafter, harvester. Whether you follow the Karavan, the Kami, Elias or are a Hominist. Whether you just want to play the game as a warmonger, treehugger, roleplayer or village idiot.

Be what ya wanna be...

When time allows then be what ya feel is needed the most or try other things/skills if thats what you want. Do unto others and play your game... if you cannot enjoy doing that in this beautiful world they created, doing what others want will surely not keep you here :D
