Tryker. Nerver was something else, never had a char in another race, there is just a Trykette on noob island

My choice was more by intuition back then. Today i think i picked the right one.
The second choice might be Zorai... well one xp tree is enough and so i RP to have Zorai foster parents

Nah, I do. Zahra (my friend who has the misfortune of living a building over from me) wanted to play a Tryker and I wanted to play a Zorai. So in beta I was tall and blue and awesome! When the game came out I had a Tryker ready to play with Zahra.. who went and made a Zorai when her copy arrived... having come to her senses. (This story gets convoluted I think) So on days when she wasn't off becoming a doctor we would be awesome and tall and blue... but while she was aways I played my Tryker.

Guess which character was able to travel first...? And after the horror that was my first trip across Fount… I wasn’t about to try it again.

So a year later I find myself short and cute.

Really though... I think I make a better Tryker than I would a Zorai. I'm far too much of a space case to make a decent mystic. I love love love water! So… it works.

Noh is the main character for one person, and he is Zorai. Though he looked cool. and the story was interesting.

Niphlim is the main character for another person, and he is Matis. Don't know why he chose matis. Think cause he tends to do the goth thing with characters, but you would have to ask him.

I was always loving to harvest, and in Beta I seem to recall that each race would have specific skills oriented towards their native beleifs.

Matis, the forest people, should have better skills in Foraging.
Fyros, the Brave and fierce race, should be better in the arts of fighting.
Zoraï, the leaned back and "in touch with nature" race, should have extra magic powers due to their bond with Atys.
Trykers, the free (naive) and anarcistic race, should have good skills in crafting.


Because of my love for harvest I chose Matis, but soon realised there were no difference at all.. If I were to choose today, I would have chosen Fyros (matis is very cold during winter, and I hate to freeze).

Matis to me, are the most beautiful. *goes back to reading 'Vanity Forest'*

I chose tryker cause I thought the characters were the most visually appealing, but I wasted two months running around doing nothing stagnating at level 70 or so... but those were the fun times!!

Im logged in at lakelands now and only Iverem is on... and I think shes afk...depressing, but it is the middle of the night too

I chose Matis before I read the lore, simply because I liked the way they looked.

Later, to my happy suprise, I learned that we are the noble and great ones.

I almost chose Zoria...dodged a bullet there.

Tryker cos they are short and cute, and most important thing, can have purple hair!!!!
Also had a tryker called Seren through beta and wanted to remake her on release.
Oh and the anarchistic free spirit thing appealed to me too
