Always wanted that for my pick. If only I could enchant it with a Itachi fear spell

I thought I saw a post for crafters to help make ammo and weapons for this event. In any case if you need help with ammo or weapon crafting let me know. Currently I can craft 170 weapons and ammo, but should be 180 both by Sunday.

I'd love to join this safari. I'm level 34 and will about for most of the weekend, most likely. 7pm BST Sunday sounds good to me for a couple of hours hunting and I think Matisian Border Guards Camp would be an excellent venue. Only bear in mind that the faction PvP zone is just north of the camp and can complicate rezzing if people stray into the zone long enough to become attackable.

There is a fairly large variance between levels of folks and you're really going need to decide what results are wanted. Those of us over level 100 would need much higher mobs than the majority which seems to be below level 50. As a minimum, hopefully everyone has a decent nuke or heal enchant on their gun to prevent unneeded nerfs.
I work both Sat. & Sun. this week until 4PM CST (Texas) but would love to join in wherever folks end up... Hunting in a 150 capped zone will be best if there are gunners over level 100 if most folks have good enchants and a supply of crystals.

Enchants sounds realy boring , may as well just team with a couple of mages and let them kill the mob after youve got a hit in -not my idea of fun :/

Which is why I stated we should decide the main purpose for the safari... If it's for XP, we're gonna need the enchants... if it's for fun we can hunt much lower and have at it...

I went back to the initial post for the safari. It sounds more like a fun event then a hunt for xp. About 10 ppl posted to take part. I think another 10-20 will be there then. Also one or another spectator. Levelrange will be 50 to 120, but the suggested place seems to have a good variety of mobile targets
I guess its about to damage the soundcard with the bangs of 20 shooters

And as i posted, probably one or two melee want to join for keeping huge aggros away from the gun men in light armours.
Me personally doesnt mind occasionally nerfs. Not in fun and not in xp hunt. I really want to know how effective 20 ranged fighters are and i sense some upcomming fun and some big laughts

Holla all,
Been busy lately.
Ok, I am thinking of having two different teams. One low level and one for the higher levels. The first team will be anybody that has a range lower than 50.
For them the higher levels will be helping in reloading, healing, assist outside of team. The main purpose is to gain them some levels. There should be some heavy usage of launchers and autolaunchers here, so this should be involved... Also most of us should be able to participate here also, because we should have a low level ranged (i have 50 pistol and 119 2h ranged)
The second part after that will be for the higher levels depending on what kind of team configuration can be formed we would choose a spot. This part can later be transformed into range pvp if desired later.
Now the biggest problems is transportation. I have a fair amount of mats but they are located in Dyron, so are my packers. We will have to figure out a solution to that.
I am also planning on an early test on saturday, if anybody is interested let me know. If you have better suggestion let me know too. Send me a ingame email AND a forum note

I presume this is Shunafyr that you want to be contacted ingame as. Might not get very far with askia2?
I have a packer in Yrks I can use but also one in Dyron although I would not be too keen to do a trek with it. I can port over nearly 500 mats if I strip down to my undies (10k dappers a ticket to watch) and would do 2 ports.
If we could get similar offers (both packers & porting) then we can get the mats over that way. If pushed I could use both my Yrks packers and store their load in my apartment or GH.
Are you going to get an event announcement by GM?

My first thought was "Caravan!" but that's an event in itself. *pout* I am interested in the range event - I was very glad to hear there's a place for those like myself who are under lvl 50. However, I can't make the tryout Saturday (RL event that will take all day) and I look forward to the Sunday meet.
