1) Challenges
Challenger gives the conditions on which he can be 'hunted' and pays the prize money to the 'organiser'. Those who take on the challenger notify the 'organiser' and challenger they accept. If they succeed in killing him (and send in a ss) they get paid the full amount. Each failed attempt (ss needed from the challenger) results in a deduction of 1/5th of the actual prize money. (4 attempts max) If after 4 attempts the challenger still hasn' t been killed, he' ll get the prize money back minus 1/5th due to errr.... 'administration costs'.

2) Bounties
Offended contacts a 'bounty office', pays the amount set on the 'target' as bounty and describes the reason(s): 'bounty office' makes a 'wanted for....' post. Bounty hunters that accept ONLY need to contact the 'office'; once a bounty has been declared the 'target' will only be notified as that a bounty has been set on their heads, NO names of bounty hunters or offended should be given. Initial bounty will be paid out ONCE; he who sends in his ss first can claim the kill and immediatly after that the bounty hunt should be called off.
Under any circumstance should the 'organisor' or 'bounty office' of these events be/stay neutral!
*whispers*
Now.... if you really want someone to organise such things.... let' s say i know the right kind of homins that would do an admirable job at it.
*mumbles*
And make some nice dappers out of it on the side.
*gets a grip of herself*
But we are very, very neutral!
*mumbles again*
As long as you pay enough that is.
