I missed the RAID too

Sad that most of the event take place at a time when most of the NA players with a job are at work.

It was great to finally see another RAID; however, I missed being able to do this with any of my own guildmates. This event began at 3:30pm EDT and was over by or before 7pm EDT. There is little chance for NA players who hold day jobs to participate when things are scheduled then.

I'm glad you enjoyed it. I am in the Pacific time zone with a regular, full time job and I was at work when this raid happened. I don't expect to attend every event but I do hope there will be another one scheduled when I am off work and able to attend =)

Yeah, I don't think this was a 'real' event. With all the recent talk about the RAID engine being bust I think they regret leaking that information. Now they are trying to fix it and needed a live test at a high load time (Fri) that wasnt critical (late Sat/Sun) incase it crashed or caused other problems.
I am sure someone at Nevrax is getting a right big slap for leaking the info on the RAID engine. Afterall, what of the features on their own website are left actaully fully working or fully implemented? I think they are trying to fix it incase the press get hold of a statement like "even the much flaunted RAID engine doesn't work blah blah..."
So my guess is, dear NA folks who missed out, that there will be another RAID soon. And I mean our version of 'soon'.

When you try out some feature on live server after significant changes, it is always a test no matter how much you have been testing it inhouse or ATS first. And it is just wise to minimize risks starting with something small and not at most critical time. We should be happy that premiere was success and we can wait for more complex and lengthy invasions in near future.
I hope longer invasions too as events have been starting too late for me after merge.

That was it? all the hints and build up? and i miss one night and its all done and dusted?
I hope not - im glad the "test" (if it was) worked but i was expecting a full on invasion - have been waiting for one for months since the last and i miss it?
