As far as I see it, even if damage should stop TP, it isn't in this case - or Booster wouldn't have been able to test it?
Orginally - along time ago ..... MPA (17sec) +TP ticket was a get out of jail free card.
Then, not sure whether it was down to players complaining or the devs deciding that this was their intent or just by accident....
It was announced that 'Teleportation will cancel, if you are hit'.
This meant that you couldn't teleport unless you were stood still in a mob free evironment for 15 secs (and you didn't equip anything).
Recently we seem to have returned to the more flexable TP usage.
Need to confirm, but moving - still cancels the TP
You can equip while the tp is counting down (I think)
You
can TP while being hit by a mob (With MPA on)
The 'be careful' bit is - Booster says he dies after teleporting, however if the rules that were last stated and have not be restated differently.....'The teleport will cancel if you are hit.'. So to comment that you are dead after teleporting becomes a wider issue as .... Should you be allowed to teleport while taking damage from the poison?
As we have a 'part' answer of the Jug - poison issue ..... it kinda doesn't matter now that we are wandering of to relms of other things that may/may not work as intended.

One thing I fail to understand is this : If this is actually intended, and it's related to Potions or something similar, why is the effect currently in game, when the cure/antidote is not available? I appreciate things need testing before going live, but it makes no sense whatsoever to have an affect without the intended remedy - it only serves to create threads like this one, and bad feeling.
This is exactly the kind of 'oversight' that was supposed to be in the past.
Oh the joys of parallel development teams

(Guess based on loads of experience working in developement)
- PVP team gets tasked with a job - and completes it.
- Stanzia team gets tasked with a job - and run in to problems and its delayed
- The Mob team gets tasked with a job - and completes it.
Do you release all the work the 'Mob team' has done or do you delay it till the 'Stanzia team' finish their task (in a month or 3?)
The 'mob team' project may have inculded a small change to the special attack and 100s of other changes that were killing the live game (Melee bug for example)
Delay or Release - either way your damned!
