this is only marginally relevant, but if you are logging the transactions, I really would like to see some kind of timestamp included too.

A timestamp on the transaction? Chatlogging does that, but only when written. Anything sold during you absence will not be marked.

Maybe the following: A log with extended information like time, location, item info and price it was sold for. Next to that, the current message as it is, just to notify you *something* is sold.

Good Idea!

The lack of infos form the merchants doesnt any harm to my gameplay, but some more infos would be awsome. That would make the whole digging/crafting/trading-system a lot more professional.

Send an ingame ticket anyway, when things have been discussed.
That way you are more sure that the notice it.
And some comments might improve on what you finally send to them.

Filter by rating (if have more than x votes)?


Also maybe items rating / anonymous comment at merchs without buying?
[Need also some restriction and etc, so possible not best idea, but can give overall image about "what and where is something wrong"]
