Kinda like what happened to a few posts here tho

for everyone who didn't read the thread, here's what happened:
gm tries to talk to a player
player doesn't answer, but keeps on slaughtering mobs
gm determines that it's a bot and subsequently bans the account
owner of the account claims it was his disabled son, who was playing with voice input software and a joystick -> mouse emulator
owner of account opens a thread where he makes it seem like blizzard banned the account for using voice input and said emulator, while the letters from blizzard only claim the use of 3rd party software to gain an advantage as reason for the ban
the thread get's mixed responses, mostly support tho
apparently this pressure made blizzard reverse their judgement and owner promised not to let his son play unsupervised again
thread get's deleted

sidenote: apparently something very similar happened a while back
