Yes, powerleveling seems to make the game go way to fast. I was with a group that was into hurrying to level. I restarted another avie and wow found so many things that I had missed. Taking my time made me appreciate the game 100 percent more.

I am still not very high level, but oh the enjoyment of the game is 10 times more fun.

But I see powerleveling in other games also. Then people get bored and mad at the game cause there is no where to go cause they are at the top.
