I mean, i know it takes alot of efford and mats (dappers) to reach lvl 250 in amp craft, but is there other reasons a q250 amp will cost 10-20 mill dappers?
Im a noob, i want to know.
I think this is a fair price.
True, that they were cheaper a few months ago. Q250 is high AND the mats are in gd quality hard to find. Gettin PR q250 supreme stuff includes a lot of gd planing, timing and DP.
Everyone who said, that Dappers dont have any real value are wrong compared with these prices. You have to work hard to get something special and rare.
The Dappers are in a more or less free market. When you have a big amount of Dappers and less Items, you have an Inflation => prices rise. Nothing abnormal. Maybe we will soon have a Deflation (many mats, few dappers) coz due to the high prices. Combined with the natural come and go from the Ryzom players (maybe real rich ones leave and the dappers are lost), this will give the Dapper a stable value.

q250 does not cost much. Few hundred thousand dappers maybe or less. Abundant choice zun amber gives nice +65% amp. Oh, you want a supreme zun +97% amp? Supreme zun costs money, a lot. 99 q250 zuns cost 21 M dappers in recent auction. HQ amp requires 20 ambers and other mats.

Alot of effort it does take and alot of mats too! If you are buying all the mats and not harvesting- good luck you crazy fool!!! (LOL)
If you harvest all the mats you craft amps from (like i do) at level 200 you will be making about 4million for every 100 amps you craft (2000 ambers, 700 shafts, 600 fibers). This is definitely doable in a day, you might even be able to grind 150 in a day but im not that dedicated!

Mats are useless without Experienced crafter as you have noted.
I think you recall (99)Q250 Zun Amber selling for over 20Million right? If so and if the crafter is conservative, they can get 9 amps from that. With one or 2 degrades, that is 7 amps. So that justifies 2 million an amp there.
Besides that Q250 mats are rare, Q250 sup even more rare. So I am saying the market sets the price.
I price Supreme Q190 Living Bucklers (22 mats) at over 500k and more depending on what specifically you are looking for from it.
Noin.

I price my supreme zun amps super high for 4 reasons:
1. I'm the only one who (to the best of my knowledge) sells them...
2. Even at the absurdly high prices... they sell fast
3. If the amps were priced at 1 mil a piece... everyone would have them instead of the people that have been around long enough... and are dedicated enough to save up the absurd amountages that I sell them at.
4. It takes forever for supreme zun to pop... it's typically under aggro... and I'm one of about 50,000 people that try to hit the supreme zun spots every season change / server reboot / however often I can spare in the off chance it's up.
As for grind mat prices... I wouldn't have a clue... I don't sell anything on the vendor other than supreme... I feel bad grinding on supreme because others may be able to use it... but the other "junk" I don't feel so bad about and thus grind away. For supreme I typically put about 350% - 500%... and it seems to sell fast.

I tend to mark up 100% as default and more for excellent/supreme stuff (say 2-300%). I sell a good amount of the stuff I put for player sale as its relatively cheap. I figure if a player doesn't buy it there's no point in putting it up for player sale.
Big mark ups on stuff like good excellent and supremes is worth paying for. Choice is very common and not wort paying big mark-ups on.

The main reason that amps cost so much is that ppl don't want 80% amps. They want 97/97. The materials to provide this are not the easiest to come by. In one of Boosters auctions a few weeks ago Supreme Zun sold for 200k per mat. (roughly).
So yes, the real stubling block here is players who won't except less than the best. Because of this some amps just won't sell at all, and when they do it's only for a small amount. This is in-line with other weapons and armors.
Another thing to consider is that all the best mats are not only seasonal, but also will only appear during certain weather systems or at certain times of day.
If I am digging Excellent Zun in the forest I have to wait for Summer. I have to wait for a thunder storm. And I have to wait for day time. And this is only excellent amber. As you can tell a lot of time and effort goes into crafting these weapons not just from a grinding point of view, but from collecting the materials that the crafter needs to craft.
This is how it should work, imho. Not just because I am an amp crafter (a ql 250 one
) but because of how much work has to go into creating a good amp that someone wants to buy.

I totally agree here.
What I dont agree with is player that look at choice and excellent amps which have the 100% power in the field they are after, yet turn their noses up at them because the other stats arent so good and the amp doesnt have the "supreme" stamp with it.
I mean heck not all supreme amps are that great! i had a supreme q150 amp yesterday that i actually tried to give away but players refused them because of the one or two stats they didnt like! Its crazy!!- pure generosity refused!
