Yet again, another disconnect by Ryzom.
I pre-ordered, got my pre-order key, eventually got my pre-order in game item, and I never got this email, nor a code to get to the test server as I have also should have gotten, understanding the server is not available, but I never got anything to let me know about the servers status.
This added to the list of the fact I was in closed beta, and never got my Elder title.
I have tried to email both billing and tech support, no resolve.
Who do we contact about problems with all of these issues that we can get resolved?
Is there an internal support number we can call to contact a live person to try to get some of these issues resolved?
