How manny people do you estimate it would take to kill the boss now ?
assuming that they all are 200+ in melee and/or magic ?

I am just saying that it is quite early to declare bosses impossible.

My guess is if my beliefs are correct that she cannot be seperated from her gaurds (as it should be really as whats the point of gaurds) i beilve even if the whole server tiried we wud have problems. On a trip before the merger a GM led us to Aen by "accident" there was alot of people there, most i have seen gathered before the merge and we where all slaughtered in seconds.

Ive always felt that was one of the things wrong with Ryzom its "peak tuned" its Max exp or no exp , too hard or too easy. I wish they would flaten the curve a little...
*Sigh - back to digging*

I remember killing the mercs in AO, there where 5 of them, it took 50-75 people about 1 1/2 hours to kill them all. I assume this would be the sameish for these bosses ? (it could be done with less just alot slower.)

Assault would require lots of melees to keep guards occupied while nukes kill Aen. 1 lvl 200+ melee should keep 2 guards occupied easily. 1 healer heals quote many melees.
Some planning and orderly execution of that plan required too

I think I saw that

can't remember his name tho. And shadowlands was nice in some way's but one of the major reasons I quit.
But could you kill all 5 in the timeframe? it's not that they hit so hard(you get used to instadeath if ian screams and your on the 'to squash in the ground list') but the huge amount of hp they have ?
