Actually, I believe its only combat levels. Harvest and crafting aren't counted.

Some say that non-combat lvls are divided by 2 when counting if they affect dodge. I have no idea if that is true.

afaik it was (not taking into account gear)
dodge= max(fight,mage, harvest/2) => max is 250, or 260 with +2 dodge/piece light armor
parry = lvl of the skill used => unsure on how the gear affects parry

and for resists
x = max(melee, magic)
l = max(melee, magic, craft, harvest)
n = x-25 your natural resist
q = jewel qual
r = min(max(q,l), l) (jewel level capped by max level in any branch)

of course, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong :D

+parry bonus on gear adds directly to parry skill. Shields can give the biggest bonus. Max parry on armor seems to be +2 (x6 for all pieces), while shield cap out at around 30 or perhaps at quality of shield / 2 (most of my experiments were done on q60 shields). Parry bonus on most weapons is not shown. I'd be interested in peoples estimate of what max parry would be for weapons.

One wrinkle, if your amps are equiped, parry is based off close combat skill.

hehe pr foragers need all the dodge they can get when dodging round pr to find mats so it would only be fair that harvesters did get a little dodge from there lvl

+4 for uberloot for sake of completeness

+125 Parry from shield would be something :) Q does not seem to increase max parry on shields :)
