Quality 20 choice heavy armor = max 60 boost (hp, stam, etc.)
Quality 50 basic heavy armor = 150 boost (hp, stam, etc.)

10 Jewels qlt 20 = 100 boost
10 Jewels qlt 50 = 250 boost

LOL, that would be hardcore at starter island.

E.g. complete heavy armor q50 with full hp boost:
plans: 30*6 = 180sp
q ups: 25*4 = 100sp
boosts 40*5 = 200sp

ok, ok, gettling lvl 40 at starter island is quite hardcore too..
