Search as you may, it is unlikely you will find a 5 star plant in any zone.
Here's how the mob con and naming scheme works in SoR:
For every zone there are four grades of any single species of opponent. (I guess plants may not qualify as a Mobile opponent.) Each type has a specific name. In order of difficulty, yellow (50-100 zone) plants are Robust, Blooming, Dehydrated and Famished. Stars are assigned based on the relative difficulty compared to the other opponents in the zone. Thus the easiest herbivores and plants get one star while the mightiest carnivore or kitin will get five stars.
Stars are a good general indicator of relative difficulty, e.g. Scary Ragus one star yellow, Scary Torbak two star yellow.
More than one grade may have the same number of stars (in my experience this only happens with a one star critter). For example, Robust and Wary messabs are both one star yellow. If memory serves, both Vile and Unpredictable Psykopla are one star reds.
Because there are four grades and five stars, you won't find an example of all five numbers of stars in a single species. With a single species of plant in a zone there will be at least one star con missing.
