Sorry im not 10 years old and don't care about 4 cents.
Keep those 2 days and use the money on some writeing time telling us why this have happend and what you will do to prevent it in the future.

What will keep me happy.

While it's a very nice gesture by Nevrax and shows they care about the community, I don't feel it's necessary.

It might not be a huge amount (2 days for every user does add up though), I feel Nevrax should save the money and spend it on something else.

Much appreciated offer, but no thanks, I don't mind a bit of downtime as long as it gets fixed in a timely manner which it mostly does.

However, its important to highlight to the 'New commers' that this is a normal thing for Nervax.

They admit their mistakes and put plans in place to fix them
They care enough for the community to make this guesture and we are grateful

So from a public relations point of view ....

Take the two days, tell the world that when we have a trivial bit of down time the company cares enough to compensate, and resub for +1 month on whatever subs you already have

That way everyone wins

Have to say tho ... doesn't this make a refeshing change from the normal gaming world (big companies) where you are just a number and ignored!

they actually dont spend that much money on it whats two days in subscriptions of 3 months? they dont expend money to let u 2 days more on the server. they get their money for the next subscription 2 days later thats all

Keep my 2 days too. Realistically, I do not wait Nevrax accepting our declinations as it might be bit costly to update billing records for bunch of 1 dollar worth declinations

In future, rather than a 'real life' credit, how about a 'dapper' credit to each players 'main' char?

Think of the joy on a new players face finding 1 mill dappers in their pocket!
