I just checked my Amazon.com order and it says the estimated shipping date is between October 6 and October 20

I think I'll have to keep my eyes open for local copies and cancel that order!

I had problems with Amazon in the past, they delivered something a week after it was out in the stores. They seem to mismanage their inventory or something but I will never order software from them again.
