I logged in at 6:30a CDST and found out 2 of my alts were missing and submitted a ticket. I had gotten one helper toon up to 20 but wasn't able to get these other two and I guess since they were below the cut off point they were deleted. Hopefully I can get them back....
On my guild info screen there's a blank line where the guild leader's name should go - Rak, maybe you should put a ticket in on it if someone other than me also sees you as a blankity blank blank.
Stuff in my bag was still there but didn't have time to check the packers - by that time I should have been already on the road to work. Ack - 3 hours and 45 minutes until I can race home!

I don't have any more lag than usual. I have always gotten short waits, of course the virus scan running is not good.
I have had no trouble with lag. and my 2 toons that were deleted are back after they rebooted server this afternoon or when ever it was.

So far, no lag for me. Every once in a while, it will be just a tad jerky in a town, but that always happened anyway. It doesn't seem much different to me at all.

Just a note to close out this topic. I know your frustration, as I'm one of the NA people that couldn't log in that morning either, but I must say that the EE CSR agents were indeed keeping us informed, via Klients.
It's the IRC chat tool that you download to talk to the CSR agents live. It's also the first place you should look, and ask, about any server downtime. They very frequently already know the issue, and have let us know all information they have on it at the time. It's much quicker than waiting to see what they will post about it on the forums, as you can get updates as they come in. Many of us sit in that channel, and have a great time talking during the downtime. Join us, and the time will go by much faster!
Hope this is helpful to you all.
