A Kami extremist has a distaste for anyone who goes against the wishes of the Kami. No where does it say that the Kami are against killing creatures or harvesting. In fact if you go to a Kami they ask homins to retreive resources and kill creatures to help the tribes that support them. The Kami are against the abuse of Atys and it's resources. As long as one doesn't harvest or kill to the point where something can't recover the Kami have no problem with it.

If you (or anyone) thinks that I don't know the lore or that I do things in the game that go against what the lore says, you are sadly mistaken.

Oh Raynes you are a hoot. Glad to see you decided to resubscibe. It would be dull without you around. It is so nice to have someone to dislike. Notice I didn't say Hate. It takes a special person to cause me to hate. but dislike I can. Think how dull it would be everyone with out Raynes annoying us. He is playing the game the way he thinks it should be. i think you people need to realize one thing: he isn't killing you
he isn't annoying you

he is using his character to kill your characters, so it would be very unfair for you as a player to hate or dislike him as a player, you can do it with his char, that is even expected, but everything else would be being ignorant of what he is trying to do and really overstepping the bounds
i know some will disagree with me here, but imho those should rethink wether they want to play a mmorpg

Well, 2 things. That was belligerent. I stated mat or animal farming indicating the same as you. And besides, how do you know that the Kami dudes who give you missions follow the lore to a strict degree? Are there not tribes that should be Kami that actually follow the Karavan? *gasp*

And second, lore is very much like the bible. There are many many many interpretations of what the lore actually says. I was actaully just proving a point. That was that you ARE, as you so eloquently stated, an extremist.

I just pointed out something and gave my opinion and you went flying off about me being ignorant. My point of ignorace or belligerence was not directed at you, but at all the people that think they can disguise eitheraction in their RP and think they can get away with it around me.

RP all you like and I will participate, but get ugly and expect to be dealt with accordingly.

BTW, I do not think you(Raynes) get ugly usually. You are a bit too easily provoked though. Here's to hoping you find your place. You do talk intelligently about what you think the games potential is afterall.

Two things need to be made clear here, I don't go around killing people or causing problems just to be an ass. I do know that some see it that way. But those same people also think that Ryzom should have no PVP, no conflict, just love and peace everywhere. Nor do I go around killing massive amounts of players. Part of RP is building a reputation and that is what most of this is about.

How do I know that the Kami dudes giving me missions follow lore to a strict degree? Because they are actual Kami. What sense would it make that a Kami hands out tasks that don't adhere to what they believe?

And as for proving a point, I was doing the exact same thing. You are saying you don't put up with people using rp (which includes lore) as an excuse for being rude and ignorant. Then you turn around and make a statement that shows you have a lack of knowledge concerning the Kami (which is ignorance).

It comes down to not making rude statements at all, no matter the reason
