Idea:
When a visiting diplomat meets with the king, they bring gifts. They formaly exchange gifts, give a little speach and have a cermony for the benefit of onlookers.
Perhaps the CSRs could be the 'ushers' and our respective guild leaders or appointed officers could exchange gifts with our 'opposite numbers'. The little speach that goes with the gift would also serve as an introduction to the various guilds so that we all get to know each other.
We could try outdoing each other with the lavishness of our gifts and wonderfull speaches whilst perhaps bragging a bit of our accomplishments.
Afterwards we all go to Windemeer and have a knees up.

to shadowweb: if you know a date for the merge, could you tell me please?
If we want the event to happen we will have to prepare (which we are starting with already) and it's hard to do everything at the last day...

I would like to say, on behalf of myself, OmegaV, and all of the Windemeer server, I really appreciate the spirit of commraderie and community that you have shown here
It is truly warming to be welcomed to our new home in such a generous manner. I very much look forward to meeting all of you on Monday, after the server merge, and look forward to many large events, beginning with the Welcome Party! Thank you very much.
