i dont like 2 friends of mine argueing at eachother
both are right me thinks
1/ kostika: they're right to put all their time in solving the problem and after all it is easter indeed
but writing two lines about what/how and when cant be that bad
In case they dont know whats going on or when it will be fixed they just can put a statement that fe the server wont be up for quite a time maybe point out an hour so we'll basicly dont have to try each 5 min

and know we can do some other stuff

Okee, let's stop the flaming, this is looking like you guys are having no-Ryzom cold turkey effects.
Sorry, didnt think i was "Flaming" - care to explain what that is - this is my first online game, and i see terms like "Flaming" & "Trolling"
Anyway - i'm out of this thread, didnt go down the way i wanted it too, was meant to be positive, so sorry for all those who felt otherwise.

A flame is a little to no content post that continues an online argument, filled with vitriol and assumption.
A flamewar continues until...
a) Someone mentions the nazis (everyone loses)
b) The argument fizzles out of its own accord (Everyone wins)
c) A mod steps in (At which point a new flamewar appears in a new thread bashing the moderator).
A troll is someone who posts a thread JUST to start an argument or provoke a reaction.
EG: Going to a Ryzom board and posting about how much Ryzom sucks and how good WoW is, or going to a pro-life board and posting to ask advice on how to get an abortion.
Don't feed the trolls.

The guides are only there to help us ig and on the forums - they have nothing to do with fixing problems like this - isnt it so? Anyways Im sure the guides keep us posted with what they have, maybe they dont get any more info themselves?
Id blame the greedy bosses that could have more ppl, more comps - more resources to fix the problem - but Id just be shouting at a brickwall, this is about them making money, not us having fun. Same thing is going on in every company all over the world.
Just say NO to bosses - go solo ,-)

That is *so* true!
And another very fine example of flaming as it should be is on bash.org:

Remember this is an actual quote from some IRC channel...
