How to avoid burn out in any game - Ryzom in particular!

One thing Ive noticed now are the players that come to the game, starts fighting, keeps on fighting.. fighting.. more fighting and in 2 weeks they are about lvl 200... then they hit the general market Q roof for items and go crap! what now? no gear? I cant fight!!!! ...lets buy WoW

Sollution: Dont lvl one thing like crazy, especially fight and magic wich is "easy"!!!
Start foraging and fight at the beginning, keep em at the same lvls and the game will last oh so much longer

Yeah... that and the powerleveling lvl44 fight people in Dyron

Nothing new there i guess, no noob can outspeed a good ol' veteran in p-lvling, in any mmo for that matter..

Well, I was talking bout a cathegory of players that rush it to fight lvl 150+ and one day says, what is a kitin? what do you mean prime roots?

People who dont have knowledge about lore and dont want to contribute in a larger picture than its own ego, atleast not from the start cause later they become more or less forced to I guess.

I would be surprised if they could get to 150 melee without fighting a kitin

Heh, yeah thing is they know the names kizoars and kipee, but have no clue that kitins is the group of insects alltoghether, and what kitins and Homins have experienced and will continue experiencing..
